Yachts in the first half of the 20th century were mostly built at small, local yards. Hull shape and rig were adapted from proven fishing vessels and pilot boats. Endurance and ease of use were key factors.
The Friendship was designed as a world cruiser, able to withstand all conditions.
Two-masted, plank-on-frame hull. A beautifully detailed classic.
